Puppet Performance – Telling Stories of Vietnamese Life, Culture, and Beliefs to International Visitors
Bringing puppetry -a traditional Vietnamese art form - to Phu Quoc, the “Pearl Island” has surprised many visitors with its bold approach to developing cultural industries as part of its tourism strategy.
The performance “Vietnamese Puppetry – Spring Festival Journey” is carefully designed and staged to tell stories about the essence of Vietnamese life, labor, production, and spiritual beliefs to both domestic and international audiences. This is reflected in the very name of the show, “Spring Festival Journey,” which refers to a traditional Vietnamese cultural practice of joining festive celebrations during the spring season.

“Spring Festival Journey” will be performed free of charge, with a 30-minute duration, every day at 7:30 PM on the beach at Sunset Town.
Sunset Jetski Show - When the Ocean Turns into a Stage
Sunset Jetski Show: The Love Hurricane is performed at Sunset Town, featuring 18 international athletes showcasing two water sports: Jetski and Flyboard.

Amid the stunning sunset of the southern island, crowds of visitors watching from the Kiss Bridge and the beach are treated to a spectacular display of patterns drawn on the waves. High-speed jet skis carve the water into impressive shapes - swirls and even hearts. Thousands of visitors gathered at the Kiss Bridge, especially couples, receive what feels like a sweet confession from the sea.

Besides the technical performances, the athletes also interact with the audience watching from Kiss Bridge, exchanging high-fives, blowing kisses, and forming heart shapes from above. Therefore, Kiss Bridge is the ideal spot to enjoy the show.

With the Sunset Jetski Show, Sunset Town once again adds to its collection of world-class performances - something no other destination in Vietnam currently offers.
In 2024, Phu Quoc is determined to accelerate its tourism growth. The local authorities will work together with major businesses and investors to organize a wide range of national, regional, and international events and activities to attract more visitors.
