The Trump Organization - the business conglomerate owned by the family of U.S. President Donald Trump - is expanding its investment in the Vietnamese market with several large-scale projects in the golf course, hotel, and real estate sectors.
The most notable project is a high-end urban, eco-tourism, sports, and golf complex in Hung Yen Province, with a total investment of 1.5 billion USD. The project is expected to break ground in May 2025 and be completed by March 2027.
In addition to the project in Hung Yen, the Trump Organization is also considering investing in three to four additional projects in Vietnam.
These projects will be directly managed by the team led by Eric Trump, son of Donald Trump. With extensive experience in developing high-end projects around the world, the Trump Organization aims to deliver world-class developments that contribute to the growth of Vietnam’s tourism and real estate sectors.

The Trump Organization’s decision to choose Vietnam as an investment destination highlights the strong potential of the country’s domestic market. These projects are expected not only to enhance the quality of tourism and resort services but also to create more job opportunities and attract international visitors.
As trade relations between Vietnam and the United States continue to grow, major investments such as those from the Trump Organization are expected to open up new opportunities for cooperation, helping elevate Vietnam’s tourism and real estate sectors to a new level.
